OPPO Find X7: curved OLED display, Dimensity 9300 chip and 50 MP camera
OPPO held an event in China where it showed off its new flagship line of Find smartphones.
Here's What We Know
The base model of the series was the OPPO Find X7. The smartphone received a metal body with a back panel of glass or leather (depends on the colour). The gadget is equipped with a 6.78-inch curved OLED display. The panel has a resolution of 2780×1264p and a pixel density of 450 PPI. The display supports wide colour gamut (P3) with a peak brightness of 4500 nits, 2300 nits in HDR mode and 1600 nits under normal conditions. The adaptive refresh rate ranges from 1Hz to 120Hz and the touch sampling rate reaches 240Hz.
OPPO Find X7 is powered by a top-end MediaTek Dimensity 9300 SoC paired with LPDDR4X RAM up to 16GB and UFS 4.0 storage up to 1TB. The novelty also comes with a 5,000mAh battery. It supports 100W charging. The smartphone has an under-screen fingerprint scanner, Face Unlock, Wi-Fi 7, NFC and Bluetooth 5.4.
As for the cameras, the device has four of them: a triple 50 MP + 50 MP + 64 MP main camera and a 32 MP front camera. The main camera supports optical zoom up to 6x and digital zoom up to 120x. The smartphone can record 4K video at 60/30fps and FHD video at 240fps. Out of the box, the gadget comes with Android 14 operating system and ColorOS 14 shell.
Price & When We Can Expect It
OPPO Find X7 will start selling in China on the 12th of January. The gadget will be priced from $563.
