Insider: Respawn Entertainment's single-player game based on the Star Wars universe will be something gamers have been waiting years for

Respawn Entertainment is known to be working on several games based on the Star Wars universe, including a single-player first-person shooter and possibly a strategy game.

Well-known insider Tom Henderson shared some encouraging information about one of the projects while chatting with his Twitter followers.

Here's What We Know

The social network user expressed his disappointment that Electronic Arts is not going to release the third part of the online shooter Star Wars: Battlefront, to which Henderson replied that it really will not happen, but fans of the franchise should not be upset, because the single-player game from Respawn will be exactly what gamers are waiting for so long.

What that means is still unknown, but the insider has promised to reveal details in a separate article on Insider Gaming when he has more information.
