Apple reinstates Epic Games developer account

Apple has reinstated the Epic Games developer account after a four-year block.

Here's What We Know

Apple has restored Epic Games' access to their developer account two days after it was blocked.

Earlier, Apple closed Epic's account and cited breach of agreements. However, after the EU regulators showed interest in this issue, Apple changed its position, which allows Epic to resume its activities.

This decision opens up new opportunities for Epic: the possibility of launching its own iOS app store in the European Union, the return of the popular Fortnite game to Apple devices after a long break.
