Gazelle launches electric bicycle with Bosch Smart System in the USA

Dutch bicycle manufacturer Gazelle is introducing its new innovation to the US market - the Class 3 electric bike with Bosch Smart System.

The Eclipse is a premium electric bike that combines the best of Dutch design and German engineering. It was created specifically for the American terrain and combines elegant style, reliability and high technology.

One of the key features of the Eclipse is the Bosch Smart System, which integrates the bike's motor and electronics with the Bosch Flow app for a personalised ride. This system provides continuous feature updates and bug fixes long after purchase. The effort on the boards is augmented by electric assist, allowing you to reach a top speed of 28 mph without pressing the throttle.

The Eclipse is equipped with wide tyres, front shock absorber and hydraulic disc brakes to ensure stability and safety on a variety of road surfaces. In addition, the e-bikes feature an intelligent version of the Bosch Performance Line Speed Motor, which offers an automatic mode to compensate for hills and headwinds.

According to the company, the Eclipse is available in two models: T11 HMB with chain drive and C380 HMB with belt drive.
