Voxel-based fishing game Moonglow Bay to be released on 11 April on PlayStation 4/5 and Switch
The genre of fishing games is far from being the most popular, but this does not prevent it from having bright representatives, such as The Dredge and Dave the Diver. And in 2021, Moonglow Bay was released on PC and Xbox, which will reach PlayStation 4/5 and Switch on 11 April.
Here's What We Know
Moonglow Bay is a voxel-based role-playing game where we play as a novice fisherman trying to fulfil his partner's last wish, while the city around you tries to resist the impending bankruptcy. With only a diary and a fishing rod in hand, the player must explore the most remote corners of the ocean to uncover the secrets of Moonlow Bay.
In the game, you can catch 151 species of marine life in various ways, cook your catch or save it for the aquarium, travel to different places, repair the city, meet its inhabitants, and meet mythical monsters. You can do all this alone or in a co-operative.
Moonglow Bay received 79 points from critics on Metacritic and 70% positive reviews on Steam.
