LG's stylish CineBeam Q projector changes its name and will be released in the US in April
LG Electronics today announced that its new CineBeam Q projector (formerly known as CineBeam Qube) will be available for pre-order from 18 March.
Here's What We Know
The device will initially be launched in South Korea in March, followed by the US, Canada, Australia, Germany, Spain, France, the UK and select countries in Asia and the Middle East in April.
The price for the device has not yet been announced, but the company is launching a promotion where buyers can get a $100 discount on the projector, they just need to provide their email address.
At CES 2024, LG unveiled the CineBeam Q projector under its previous name, but this device stood out among other company products, such as the LG Signature OLED T transparent OLED TV, due to its high popularity.
The CineBeam Q projector can reproduce 4K resolution images on a screen up to 120 inches with a 450,000:1 contrast ratio and covers up to 154% of the DCI-P3 colour space. It also automatically adjusts focus and corrects keystone distortion, and runs on LG's webOS operating system, which provides access to a variety of streaming apps.
