Samsung presents a new patent for Galaxy AI
Samsung has improved its artificial intelligence capabilities for its Galaxy smartphones and issued a new patent.
Here's What We Know
The updated patent, registered by the South Korean government, describes in detail the AI summarisation function that Samsung is developing. Users will be able to tell AI what tone of voice to use and how long a data volume they are satisfied with.
This tool will allow users to get summarised conclusions or extracts from large amounts of data, according to their own requirements. For example, if a user is looking for information on a particular topic, they can tell the AI how long or short the text should be, and choose the tone of presentation. This personalised approach helps to provide users with a convenient and efficient way to get the information they need.
This innovation will be based on the consumer's usage history, taking into account their interests, level of knowledge and other preferences. The patent also provides for the possibility of customising the summaries on a particular topic to meet the specific needs of the smartphone owner.
It is assumed that Samsung may introduce this new feature on its upcoming devices, including the Galaxy Z Flip 6.
