Rabbit R1 prepares for its debut in the United States
Rabbit R1, known for its bright orange design and advanced technology, will soon be available in the US market.
Here's What We Know
According to Rabbit, the first batch of pre-orders for this innovative device will arrive in the US next week. The company expects the first customer orders to be delivered around 24 April.
The manufacturer has announced a party in New York on 23 April, which will be open to all customers, not just those who received the first batch.
Rabbit R1 is a gadget with its own artificial intelligence that uses voice commands to interact with applications and perform various tasks and does not require the installation of separate programs. The company's demonstration of Rabbit R1 at CES caused a significant stir and raised many questions about the purpose of dedicated AI hardware in the smartphone era. This device is positioned as a useful AI assistant that can accompany users anywhere, mostly thanks to the technology of San Francisco-based startup Perplexity. Together with Teenage Engineering, the company has developed Rabbit R1, which has a physical scroll wheel and a rotating camera, as well as an animated rabbit as its mascot.
The company started taking pre-orders for the $199 Rabbit R1 back in January, and the first few batches of 10,000 devices sold out quickly. While the first batch will ship soon, those who pre-ordered later should be prepared to wait for their orders to arrive. Pre-orders are now open for the seventh batch of the product.
