Capcom has announced that bug fixes and performance improvements for Dragon's Dogma 2 are in the works

Here's What We Know
On the game's Twitter account, Capcom announced that patches for all platforms are being prepared for release. In particular, players on Xbox Series and PlayStation 5 will be able to limit the frame rate to 30 FPS, which should eliminate freezes during the game that occur due to unstable framerate. On PC, the update will improve visual quality when DLSS is enabled and resolve issues with model quality under certain settings.
Other improvements include the ability to start a new save in the game, earlier access to buying the first house, and greater availability of items from Art of Metamorphosis.
