Rumour: Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 line of tablets will hit the market with Qualcomm and Exynos processors
Samsung has been using different processors in its flagship Galaxy S smartphones for several years now. Now there is information that the Korean manufacturer may implement the same strategy in the top-end Galaxy Tab tablets.
Here's What We Know
The information was shared by an insider. Most likely, different processors will receive tablets of the Galaxy Tab S10 series. Basic versions of the devices may come with the Exynos 2400 chip. As for the typical model Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra, it will probably be equipped with Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor for Galaxy.
Switching to proprietary Exynos chips for some tablet models could be a significant cost-saving measure for Samsung. According to reports, the Korean manufacturer spent $8.87 billion on mobile SoCs last year. Therefore, using its own Exynos processor makes good business sense.
When We Can Expect It
Expect the release of Galaxy Tab S10 tablets in the near future is not worth waiting for. According to rumours, the novelties may be shown in the summer.
