vivo X Fold 3 Pro: foldable smartphone with Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chip and 5700 mAh battery priced from $1385
Along with the vivo Pad 3 Pro tablet and vivo TWS 4 headphones, the company's new line of foldable smartphones also debuted at the launch event on 26 March.
Here's What We Know
The top model of the series is the vivo X Fold 3 Pro. The gadget received a book form factor and a body with a thickness of 5.2 mm and a weight of 236 grams. The novelty was equipped with a basic AMOLED display Samsung E7 at 8.03 inches. It has a resolution of 2480×2200p, a refresh rate of 120Hz and a peak brightness of 4500 nits. The external display comes with a BOE Q9+ OLED screen at 6.53 inches. It also supports up to 120Hz refresh rate.
The vivo X Fold 3 Pro is the first foldable device in the market to be powered by the current Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 flagship processor. The chip is paired with LPDDR5x RAM and UFS 4.0 storage.
The smartphone features a 50 MP ZEISS main camera with OIS + 50 MP (wide-angle lens) + 64 MP (periscope) and two front sensors of 32 MP each. The novelty is powered by a 5700 mAh battery. It supports 100W wired charging, 50W wireless charging and 5W reverse charging. The smartphone has IPX8 protection, NFC, Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, stereo speakers and an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner.
Out of the box, the vivo X Fold 3 Pro comes with Android 14 operating system and proprietary UI.

The vivo X Fold 3 Pro can already be pre-ordered in China.
