New Snapdragon X Elite chip from Qualcomm: Gamer laptops are ready to conquer the market
This summer, Windows laptops with the Qualcomm Snapdragon X Elite chip based on ARM will be launched on the market. The manufacturer guarantees a new level of performance for gamers.
Here's What We Know
A new review proves that these devices can indeed run the most popular computer games without any problems. A recently released video demonstrates the launch of Baldur's Gate 3 on a laptop with a Snapdragon X Elite chip, and the results are truly impressive. The game runs stably at 1080p and has no noticeable lag or interruptions.
One of the biggest advantages of this chip is its built-in Adreno GPU, which provides a stable frame rate in the upper left corner of the screen, not falling below 30 frames per second. This is an achievement compared to other chips, especially considering the level of integrated graphics.
Compared to the MacBook Air with the M3 chip, the results are also surprising. When tested on Apple's MacBook Air, between 40 and 50 frames per second were achieved, making the Snapdragon X Elite competitive in GPU performance.

The Snapdragon X Elite's built-in GPU also showed speed in tests related to artificial intelligence, where it outperformed even the built-in Intel Arc graphics on Intel Core Ultra processors.
