Cyberpunk 2077 and its expansion Phantom Liberty together brought in $750 million in revenue
Despite the disastrous launch, Cyberpunk 2077 has managed to achieve remarkable success, as evidenced by its ever-growing commercial results. During CD Projekt's recent earnings briefing, it was revealed that Cyberpunk 2077 and its sequel Phantom Liberty have collectively generated 3 billion zlotys in revenue, which is approximately $750 million. In 2023, revenues soared to $206 million (PLN 826 million) thanks to the launch of the expansion pack and the 2.0 update of the base game. This was the second biggest year for the game after its launch in 2020.

Here's What We Know
The development and marketing budget of Cyberpunk 2077 was about $316 million, while the budget of Phantom Liberty was about $85 million. In addition, almost $41 million was invested in updating the base game after launch.
