Dual 50 MP camera and 1.5K resolution display: details of Xiaomi MIX Flip foldable smartphone have surfaced online

We have written many times that Xiaomi is working on a foldable MIX Flip smartphone that will compete with the Galaxy Flip 5. Now some specifications of the gadget have appeared on the Internet.

Here's What We Know

According to our colleagues at Android Headlines, Xiaomi has been developing the novelty since October 2023. The gadget passes with the model numbers 2405CPX3DG and 2405CPX3DC.

The smartphone will come with a dual main camera. The primary sensor is a 50 MP Light Hunter 800 like the Redmi K70 Pro. It will be complemented by an Omnivision OV60A sensor at 60 MP. The novelty will get support for 2x optical zoom. In addition, the smartphone will be equipped with a 32 MP front sensor and a display with a resolution of 1.5K. For comparison, the flagships Xiaomi 14 Pro and Redmi K70 Pro have 2K panels. Unfortunately, there is no information about the chip of the novelty yet.

When We Can Expect It

If everything goes according to plan, the release of Xiaomi MIX Flip will take place in May or June. The novelty will first debut in China and then on the global market.
