Apple has unexpectedly released a new system update for the AirPods Max wireless headphones.
Here's What We Know
The firmware has been released with build number 6A325. The previous version of the software had the number 6A324 and it was released in January. Unfortunately, Apple did not disclose the list of changes to the new system. Therefore, we can only assume that the firmware fixed minor bugs and worked on optimisation.
When We Can Expect It
The update has already started rolling out in waves to AirPods Max. To update the firmware on the headphones you need to put them in a case and connect them to your iPhone or Mac. After that, the OTA update will automatically "fly" to the device.
