Apple will add a Battery Health menu to new iPad models.
Here's What We Know
Information about this was found by our colleagues from MacRumors in the beta version of iPadOS 17.5. That is, owners of new Apple tablets will be able to see the state of the battery, maximum capacity, as well as the number of charging cycles. A similar menu is available in iPhone 15, iPhone 15 Plus, iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max.
By the way, the stable release of iPadOS 17.5 should take place in May. At the same time, Apple plans to release new iPad Pro and iPad Air models. The devices will run an eight-core M3 chip. The gadgets will also get a USB-C charging port and possibly a front camera, which will be mounted on the side frame.
