Samsung is preparing One UI 6.1 update for the 2022 flagships as well as the Galaxy A54 model
The One UI 6.1 update, which first appeared in the Galaxy S24 series, could soon be available for more devices, including the 2022 flagships and last year's mid-budget Galaxy A54.
Here's What We Know
According to insider @tarunvats33, One UI 6.1 test firmware has already been spotted on Samsung's servers for a number of older phones. These include the Galaxy S22, Galaxy S22+, Galaxy S22 Ultra, Galaxy Fold 4 and Galaxy Flip 4, all of which were released in 2022. Also on the list is the Galaxy A54, a mid-range smartphone from 2023.

There is no definite information yet on when the One UI 6.1 update will be released to the public. However, according to a source, the update should become available next week in regions including Asia, Europe, India, and Korea. As for the features that the One UI 6.1 update will bring, it is known that Samsung has not developed Galaxy AI features for these phones. The company has only expanded its efforts to bring Galaxy AI to the 2023 flagships.
