Rumour: Call of Duty games to appear in Game Pass may be announced in June

Leaks suggest that Microsoft will announce this year's Call of Duty game, reportedly called Call of Duty: Black Ops Gulf War, at the Xbox Games Showcase on 9 June. Tom Henderson from Insider Gaming supports this claim and hints that there will be more Call of Duty news in June.

Here's What We Know

Henderson suggests that after Microsoft's acquisition of Activision Blizzard, they are preparing to announce that Call of Duty games will join Xbox Game Pass and PC Game Pass. This coincides with Microsoft's recent decision to add Activision Blizzard games to Game Pass, starting with Diablo 3 in March.

Previously, Microsoft was unable to add Call of Duty games to Game Pass due to a marketing exclusivity agreement between PlayStation and Activision Blizzard. However, as the deal is set to expire this year, Call of Duty games could soon join the Game Pass library.
