While waiting for One UI 6.1: Samsung Galaxy S21, Galaxy S21+ and Galaxy S21 Ultra have started receiving the April security update

Samsung has released a new system update for 2021 flagships.

Unfortunately, this is not yet One UI 6.1, but only an April security update. The new shell for the devices should be released in May.

The April update was released with build numbers G991BXXSAFXCL, G996BXXSAFXCL, G998BXXSAFXCL and it has already started rolling out in waves to the Galaxy S21, Galaxy S21+ and Galaxy S21 Ultra in Europe. You can check for the OTA in the gadget's settings.

As for the list of changes, it contains the current Google security patch that closes different vulnerabilities in the system.
