Blizzard revealed the release date of the next add-on for World of Warcraft Classic
Here's What We Know
The Cataclysm addon, which was originally released in 2010 and changed the map of Azeroth forever, will be released on 21 May. As before, its main character will be the powerful dragon Deathwing.
Prior to that, a preview update The Shattering of Azeroth will be released on World of Warcraft Classic servers, which will add new content and serve as a prologue to the events of Cataclysm.
Blizzard also announced the release dates for three major updates (as part of Cataclysm):
- Rise of the Zandalari - July 2024;
- Rage of the Firelands - October 2024;
- Hour of Twilight - January 2025.
