Acer introduces four new gaming laptops, one with a Core Ultra processor
Acer has announced four new gaming laptops for 2024 - two models Nitro 16, Nitro 14 and Predator Helios Neo 14 with Intel and AMD processors.

Two of them have Intel processors - the Predator Helios Neo 14 and Nitro 16 - while the remaining two are another Nitro 16 and Nitro 14 that run on AMD processors.
The new laptops aren't particularly expensive, as none of the models feature GPUs above the RTX 4070. Three of the four new laptops feature an RTX 4060 GPU, making them decent mid-range options for both simple gaming and more serious sessions, but without the high price tag.
The most expensive option will be the Predator Helios Neo 14, with a starting price of $1,800. This is followed by the two Nitro 16 models, which will each have a starting price of $1,400. And finally, the Nitro 14, which will have a starting price of $1,300. Prices will vary depending on the configurations of the devices.
The Predator Helios Neo 14 will feature an Intel Core Ultra 9 185H processor at its maximum configuration, as well as an NVIDIA RTX 4070 GPU. This laptop also features a 165Hz display with a refresh rate of 3072 x 1920 resolution and WiFi 6E support. The model will also be equipped with up to 32GB of LPDDR5X RAM and up to 1TB of SSD storage. The Nitro 16 model will get an Intel Core i7-14700HX processor, RTX 4060 graphics, 32GB of DDR5 RAM and up to 2TB of SSD storage in the maximum configuration.
The two Nitro models with AMD Ryzen processors will also get RTX 4060 graphics, up to 32GB of DDR5 RAM and up to 2TB of SSD storage. All of these laptops will come with Xbox Game Pass Ultimate. Buyers will get one month of free use of the service to try out all available games on their new laptops.
The models are scheduled to launch in May in North America and in Europe in June.
