Instagram, move over: TikTok confirms testing of its photo-sharing app called TikTok Notes
TikTok has confirmed early rumours about the development of its photo sharing app, now called TikTok Notes. This app seems to be aimed at directly competing with Instagram, the dominant photo-centric platform.

Although the app hasn't been released yet, its updated icon and linked website have been spotted, bringing TikTok Notes into the limelight. Soon after, TikTok apparently had no choice but to confirm the development of the app, stating on its social media accounts that early testing of TikTok Notes is now underway.
