Samsung's Thai Nguyen factory releases its billionth Galaxy phone: What model is this smartphone?
Samsung has set a new record - the SEVT (Samsung Electronics Vietnam Thai Nguyen) factory has celebrated the release of its billionth Galaxy smartphone.

The SEVT factory is responsible for the production of a significant number of Galaxy phones, each of which has reached the million mark.
- Galaxy Note 5: exceeding 100 million.
- Galaxy S7: over 200 million.
- Galaxy S8, S9, S10 and S20: passed the 300 million to 600 million milestone.
- Galaxy Note 20 Ultra: has passed the 700 million mark.
- Galaxy Z Flip 3: exceeded 800 million.
- And the Galaxy S22 Ultra has passed the 900 million mark.
The CEO of the SEVT factory, Park Sung-ho, personally packed the billionth phone, which was the Galaxy S24 Ultra.
During the ceremony, outstanding employees who helped the factory reach this huge billionth mark were honoured. With each new generation of Galaxy, SEVT continues its successful journey, demonstrating continuous growth and innovation.
Samsung launched its first mobile phone in 1988, reaching this milestone in its 21st year of existence.
