Samsung Galaxy Flip 6 has been spotted in the GeekBench database

While waiting for the official announcement of Samsung's new foldable smartphones, the US version of the Galaxy Flip 6 has been spotted on popular performance testing platform GeekBench.

Here's What We Know

The device with the model number SM-F741U demonstrated excellent results in the Vulkan test, scoring 15,084 points. The tested smartphone is equipped with an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor, which was specially designed for the Galaxy. It is an improved version of the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset with increased clock speed. The processor is accompanied by 8GB of RAM.

The Galaxy Flip 6 is claimed to run Android 14 operating system with the custom One UI 6.1 shell. Unfortunately, the GeekBench database doesn't reveal any other details about the Galaxy Flip 6.

However, it is rumoured that the device will be available with up to 512GB of internal storage and up to 12GB of RAM. Inside, there will be a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 or Exynos 2400 processor. The former is meant for the US market, the latter for the rest of the world. The next-generation battery will have a capacity of 4,000 mAh and the refresh rate of the external display will be increased to 120 Hz.
