Samsung has announced a new firmware for the original Galaxy Flip 5G clamshell.

Here's What We Know

The system has been released with build numbers F707USQS7IXC1/F707U1UES7IXC1 and it has already started to be received by Sprint carrier users in the US, as well as owners of unlocked devices. The update in other regions will arrive a little later.

Unfortunately, this is not a new version of Android or One UI, but just Google's April security patch. It closes various vulnerabilities in the system. Apart from that, Samsung has fixed bugs and worked on optimising the software.
