For those looking for balance: Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora has received support for 40 fps mode on PS5 and Xbox Series

Some games on the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series support 40 fps mode if your TV or monitor has 120Hz and VRR. This is a good balance between graphics and performance, and now this mode is available in Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora.

Here's What We Know

The game has received a new patch that adds 40 fps support on consoles. On PC, support for Intel XeSS image scaling technology has been added. However, support for AMD FSR3 has been temporarily suspended.

Various bugs were also fixed in the game. The patch size is 3.1 GB on Xbox, 3 GB on PC, and 2.4 GB on PS5. The full list of changes can be found here.
