Casio has introduced the G-5600BG-1: a watch that's made from recycled waste for $199

Casio has announced the G-5600BG-1 limited edition watch in honour of Earth Day.

Here's What We Know

The watch is made using recycled materials (resin scraps left over from previous Casio products). Each piece features a unique colourful pattern, making the watch one-of-a-kind.

The G-5600BG-1 features Tough Solar technology. It allows you to convert any light source into energy and keep the battery charged. In addition, the watch boasts udroresistance and water protection (up to 200 metres), timer and calendar. By the way, the novelty comes in a package that is made of environmentally friendly materials.

Price and when to wait

Sales of Casio G-5600BG-1 will start in the coming days. The watch will be available in limited quantities at a price of $199.
