At the ID@Xbox presentation Kalypso Media and Claymore Game studio presented a new trailer of the tactical game Commandos: Origins, which will be a sequel and a kind of rethinking of the popular in the 90s and 2000s series.
Here's What We Know
The trailer is dedicated to the wide range of possibilities that will be available to gamers in Commandos: Origins. Players will be able to sneak up on enemies, carry out explosions of important objects, carry out sabotage on the territory of the Wehrmacht army, eliminate enemies with sniper shots and much more.
In addition, the developers have announced closed beta testing of Commandos: Origins, but applications for participation in it are accepted only till the 1st of May, and the dates will be announced later.
In the new part of Commandos players will have to take control of a squad of unique characters, among which will be previously familiar characters, and conduct military operations in the rear of the army of the Third Reich.
Commandos: Origins will offer a variety of locations, from the Arctic ice to the sands of Africa. The game will offer co-operative play, both online and on the same screen.
When We Can Expect It
Commandos: Origins will release in 2024 on PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series, and will immediately appear in the Xbox Game Pass catalogue.
