Browser releases Arc for Windows
Browser Company, a global web browser developer, has announced the release of its long-awaited Arc version for the Windows operating system.
Here's What We Know
According to the information, more than 150,000 users joined the experiment during the testing period, which allowed the Browser Company development team to make the product even better and more stable.
The most important feature of the new version is that it is built using the Swift programming language developed by Apple. This allows for compatibility and rapid implementation of new features, as well as simplifies cross-platform support. The company also noted that it is actively sharing its experience in developing Swift for Windows to foster the development of the developer community.
The key features of the new version include a sidebar with tabs fixed at the top, separate viewing profiles, split view for easy work with multiple tabs, and support for a picture-in-picture video player. In addition, the Peek feature allows you to quickly view links without clicking on them.
However, some features, such as Little Arc, have been left out of the Windows version, and information on their further implementation remains unknown.
The development team is actively working on expanding support for Windows 10 and reproducing all the key features available in the Mac version. Future plans also include the release of a mobile version of Arc for Android, which will allow users to enjoy the browser's innovations on all their devices.
