Anthropic has released a mobile app for AI assistant Claude
Anthropic
Anthropic, the developer of Claude artificial intelligence models, has unveiled its long-awaited mobile app for iOS. Claude's AI assistant is now available not only on the website but also as an app.
Here's What We Know
The mobile version of Claude allows you to have dialogues with the chatbot and analyze uploaded photos using computer vision. Previously, users had to turn to the web interface or third-party services to work with Claude.
Anthropic product manager Scott White said the launch of the app was in response to strong demand for mobile access to Claude models from existing users. An Android version is also expected to be released shortly.
The Claude mobile app will be free for all categories of users, including subscribers to the paid-for Claude Pro plans and the new Claude Team plan.
The latter is aimed at groups of five or more and provides expanded access to Claude's features compared to the individual Pro subscription. Claude Team costs $30 per month per user.
Benefits of the enterprise plan include increased chat requests, more context for analysing long documents and additional administration tools for groups.
Anthropic says the introduction of the mobile app and group plan will allow the company to reach a wider range of corporate and individual users.
