Realme GT Neo 6: 120Hz AMOLED display, Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chip, 50 MP camera and 5500 mAh battery with 120W charging for $290

The company realme, as promised, held an event in China, where it announced a new low-cost smartphone with top specifications.

Here's What We Know

The gadget is externally similar to the realme GT Neo 6 SE model. The smartphone is equipped with a 6.78-inch display with 8T LTPO AMOLED matrix and Gorilla Glass Victus 2 glass. The screen has an FHD+ resolution, a refresh rate of 1 to 120Hz and a peak brightness of 6000 nits for HDR content. A fingerprint scanner is built into the panel, as well as a hole for a 32 MP front camera.

The main camera in the novelty is dual at 50 MP (Sony IMX882 with OIS) + 8 MP (Sony IMX355). The gadget has IP65 water protection and a 5500 mAh battery. The novelty supports 120W fast charging. Out of the box, the device has Android 14 operating system and realme UI 5 shell.

The flagship Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 processor is responsible for the performance of the realme GT Neo. The chip is paired with 12/16GB of RAM and up to 1TB of storage.

Price & When We Can Expect It

Sales of the realme GT Neo 6 will start in China on 15 May. The smartphone will be priced from $290.
