Apple is preparing to launch a stable version of macOS Sonoma 14.5.

Here's What We Know

The manufacturer has released a pre-release version of the software with the name macOS Sonoma 14.5 Release Candidate. The firmware can already be installed by users with a developer account. The stable version of the system is likely to be released next week.

Unfortunately, we don't yet know what's included in macOS Sonoma 14.5 RC. No new features were revealed in the first four beta versions of the software.

By the way, apart from macOS Sonoma 14.5 RC, Apple also released tvOS 17.5 RC, watchOS 10.5 RC, iOS 17.5 RC and iPadOS 17.5 RC the other day.
