Samsung, after weeks of rumours and leaks, has announced the launch date for the Galaxy F55 smartphone.

According to the invitation, the novelty will be shown in India at an event on 17 May. The gadget will cost in the region of $240-360.

In terms of specifications, the Galaxy F55 will be a copy of the Galaxy C55 smartphone that recently debuted in China. That is, the gadget should come with a 6.7-inch Super AMOLED screen, Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 chip, 5,000mAh battery, 45W charging, 50 MP + 8 MP + 5 MP main camera and a faux leather back panel.
