Apple copies Galaxy AI feature for iOS 18

Apple is going to introduce Transcript Assist for iPhone in iOS 18, similar to the one offered by Samsung in its Galaxy AI.

Here's What We Know

According to Apple Insider, this feature will be available in Voice Memos and Notes apps, which will also be able to provide AI-generated summaries for transcriptions.

This is just one of Apple's many efforts to copy features from Samsung, others of which include the ability to record audio directly in notes, which is already available in Galaxy Notes.

iOS 18 is expected to be announced during WWDC on 10 June.
