It's happening! Ubisoft has unveiled a spectacular premiere trailer of Assassin's Creed Shadows, the long-awaited game set in feudal Japan
Finally, the debut trailer of the game that many Assassin's Creed fans have been dreaming about for over a decade has premiered.
Ubisoft presented a new part of its most popular franchise, the actions of which develop in feudal Japan.
Here's What We Know
So, the information of insiders is fully confirmed!
In Assassin's Creed Shadows players will see the story of two protagonists: a samurai of African origin Yasuke and a shinobi girl Naoé.
Their life stories were not connected, but by the will of fate the heroes are forced to act together to fight against the Order of the Ancients, which has seized power in Japan.
Ubisoft didn't show any gameplay footage, but the trailer shows that Yasuke relies on brute physical strength and shows himself perfectly in close combat, and Naoé is a classic assassin, who prefers to act stealthily, wields blades, throwing knives and perfectly hides in the shadows.
Of course, the trailer also features the Ezio's Family tune, which all Assassin's Creed fans will recognise from the first notes. It is arranged in accordance with the game's setting and, as always, perfectly fits into it.
In June, the developers promise to show the first gameplay trailer of Assassin's Creed Shadows. Apparently, this will happen at Ubisoft Forward on the 10th of June.
When We Can Expect It
Assassin's Creed Shadows will release on 15 November 2024 on PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series.
Pre-order is already open.
