Ghost of Tsushima on PC was released in Director's Cut edition, which included a major expansion Iki Island and multiplayer mode Legends, for access to which you need to be bound to PlayStation Network.
The same stipulation applies to the new overlay, which debuted today alongside the release of Ghost of Tsushima on PC. It was because of the PSN tie-in that the game was removed from sale in nearly two hundred countries and select regions.
