Oura presents new features for women that will appear on Oura Ring

Oura has announced the launch of three new features aimed at ensuring women's health, which will be available on Oura Rings in the coming weeks.

Here's What We Know

The first new feature is Cycle Insights 3.0, which will provide users with information about their menstrual cycle regularity, typical cycle length, and menstruation to help them understand patterns and seek help when needed.

Cycle Aware Readiness Scores - will take into account biometric changes associated with the menstrual cycle to more accurately measure readiness for activity.

The new Cycle Insights Report, developed in collaboration with Oura's Medical Advisory Board, will provide users with detailed information about their menstrual cycles, including duration, temperature patterns and other metrics.
