Samsung Galaxy S25 will receive a 3nm Exynos chip that will outperform Snapdragon in terms of energy efficiency
According to the latest reports, Samsung is planning to use the 3nm Exynos 2500 chip in its upcoming Galaxy S25 series of smartphones.

The chip, which will be produced using the company's latest process technology, is characterised by increased energy efficiency compared to competitors. In particular, it can outperform the upcoming Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 chip, which will also use 3nm technology.
Samsung and Synopsys have already announced the successful mass production of the 3nm process, which confirms the company's plans to release the Exynos 2500. The new chip will use Arm's Cortex-X5, making it one of the most powerful smartphone processors on the market.
Preliminary data shows that the Exynos 2500 may be more energy efficient than its competitors.
