Galaxy Tab S9 tablet received a security update

Samsung has been actively rolling out the latest security updates to Galaxy devices with One UI 6.1 for the past month and a half.

Here's What We Know

The flagship Galaxy Tab S9 line of tablets is also receiving the May 2024 security update.

European users were once again the first to receive the latest security patch, although other markets are also expected to follow soon.

The May update for the Tab S9, Tab S9+ and Tab S9 Ultra can be identified by the build number ending in BXE3.

How To Switch It On

To download the update, open the Settings app on your tablet, select Software Update and tap Download & Install. Alternatively, you can update your tablet by downloading the latest firmware from Samsung's firmware library and installing it using a Windows PC and a USB-C cable.
