Black Myth: Wukong will surprise gamers with its scale: according to an insider in the game will be 160 types of enemies and more than 80 bosses
Chinese action game Black Myth: Wukong tops the list of the most anticipated games in Steam.
Game Science studio has already released a number of trailers, in each of them the game about the Monkey King looks as ambitious, impressive, technological and spectacular as possible. However, the developers are in no hurry to reveal the details of Black Myth: Wukong, because of which gamers have to listen to the information of insiders.
Here's What We Know
Chinese insider Lunatic Ignus shared interesting data about Black Myth: Wukong, which confirms that we are expecting a really large-scale game.
Thus, according to Lunatic Ignus the game will have:
- more than 160 types of enemies;
- more than 80 bosses;
- several endings;
- the game will immediately appear in the "New Game+" mode.
It is noteworthy that although many journalists compare Black Myth: Wukong with souls-like games, Lunatic Ignus believes that the Chinese game will be much simpler than, for example, Dark Souls or Bloodborne.
I decided to share some new info about "Black Myth: Wukong" before the pre-orders are open:

- The game will have NG+ at launch
- Multiple endings
- Around 160+ enemy types
- 80+ Bosses
- The game is slightly easier than soulsborne games pic.twitter.com/oJwEnfx2WV
It seems that the numbers presented by Lunatic Ignus look a bit unrealistic, but who knows, maybe Black Myth: Wukong will really surprise gamers with its scale and variety of enemies.
When We Can Expect It
Black Myth: WuKong is expected to be released on 20 August 2024 on PC, PS5 and Xbox Series. On Steam and EGS, users can already add the game to their wishlist.
