Shift-Up developer announces Project Witches: launch in 2027 or "later"

In a recent Korean Stock Exchange filing, Shift-Up announced plans for a Stellar Blade sequel and a potential PC port. The hack-and-slash action-adventure game exceeded sales expectations and received positive reviews (via Gematsu).

Here's What We Know

Shift-Up is also developing a new project codenamed Project Witches, which is scheduled for release in 2027 or later. This game will be cross-platform and is in line with Shift-Up's strategy of growing sustainably with new IPs rather than relying on existing ones.

It is unclear whether Project Witches is the same game as the one mentioned in the April job posting, which described an urban sci-fi role-playing game developed on the Unreal Engine and planned for PC, consoles and mobile platforms.

More details will be revealed as Project Witches progresses in development.
