One UI 6.1 is already available for the budget Samsung Galaxy A14 5G in Africa, Asia and Middle East countries
Samsung is gradually updating all its current smartphones and tablets to the new One UI 6.1 firmware. The update was initially available for flagship devices, then the turn came to the mid-range segment of Galaxy devices and now it's time for budget smartphones to get updated. One of the first budget models to get the One UI 6.1 update is the Galaxy A14 5G.
Here's What We Know
Samsung has released the One UI 6.1 update for the international version of the Galaxy A14 5G with model number SM-A146P in Africa, Asia and the Middle East. The new software, which includes One UI 6.1 for the Galaxy A14 5G, has firmware version A146PXXU7DXD3. Among the countries where the update is already available are Morocco, South Africa, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Tunisia, Vietnam, Saudi Arabia and UAE.
One UI 6.1 doesn't bring Galaxy AI-enabled features to the Galaxy A14 5G, but it does add a host of other new features. Some of the highlights include the ability to copy content from one image and paste it into another, customise the alarm notification screen, share your location with others using Samsung Find My, view more settings in Samsung Health and open all minimised apps at once.
