Philips Evnia 27M2N5500: gaming monitor with 180Hz IPS screen for $305

Philips is expanding its Evnia range of gaming monitors with a new model.

The novelty has been named Philips Evnia 27M2N5500. The monitor received a 27-inch display with IPS-matrix, 1440p resolution and 180Hz refresh rate. The claimed response time of the panel is 1 ms. The device has VESA DisplayHDR 400 certification and boasts a LowBlue Mode.

Of the ports, the Philips Evnia 27M2N5500 has HDMI 2.0, USB 3.2 Type-A, USB Type-B, DisplayPort 1.4 and a 3.5mm jack. The monitor comes with a height and tilt adjustable stand. By the way, according to the manufacturer's statement, the body of the novelty is 85% made of recycled post-consumer plastic.

Philips Evnia 27M2N5500 will go on sale at the end of the month. The monitor will cost £239.99 (about $305).
