Apple is working on a new version of the compact iPad mini tablet.

The information was shared by the publication ZDNET Korea. According to the leak, we are talking about the model, which they want to equip with an 8-inch OLED-display.

The supplier of the screen should be the company Samsung Display. It is already testing displays for the novelty. If everything goes according to plan, their mass production will begin in the second half of 2025. As for the release of the tablet itself, it should be expected in 2026.

By the way, Samsung Display is now engaged in supplying OLED-screen for the new iPad Pro.
