The Anbernic RG Cube gaming console for retro gaming enthusiasts has been unveiled
Anbernic has unveiled its newest product, the RG Cube gaming handheld for retro gaming enthusiasts. After all sorts of leaks, the device has finally been officially announced.
Here's What We Know
RG Cube comes with Unisoc Tiger T820 chipset, Mali-G57MP4 graphics core and Android 13 operating system. This ensures that the device performs well in its class. The RG Cube has 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 128GB of inbuilt UFS 2.2 storage, which is expandable up to 2TB via microSD cards, enough to store your favourite games and apps.
The display of the device is a 3.95-inch IPS screen with a resolution of 720x720 pixels, providing clear and bright images. Full OCA lamination makes the touchscreen even more responsive and easy to use.
In terms of connectivity, the RG Cube keeps up to date with Bluetooth 5.0 and WiFi 802.11 ac. And with a 5200mAh battery, users will be able to enjoy up to 7 hours of gaming without recharging.
The Anbernic RG Cube will be available in three colours, Radiant Purple, Beige White and Grey, allowing everyone to choose a device to suit their tastes. Pricing and release details are expected to be announced soon.
