The May security update for the Galaxy S21 FE is now available in Europe

Yesterday, 27 May, Samsung released a new security update for May for the Galaxy S21 FE in the US. Now the new firmware has made its way to European users of this model as well.

Here's What We Know

The new update for the Galaxy S21 FE has firmware version G990BXXU8GXE1 for the SM-G990B model and G990B2XXU7GXE1 for the SM-G990B2 model. It contains a security patch for May 2024 that addresses 45 recently discovered security vulnerabilities in Galaxy devices.

Other countries and regions may receive the new security update for the Galaxy S21 FE in the next few days.
