The first Apple Store with a unique tiered white pyramid design will soon open in Malaysia
Apple is gearing up to open its first branded shop in Malaysia.
Here's What We Know
The Apple Store will open on 22 June. It will be located in Kuala Lumpur at The Exchange TRX shopping centre. The shop boasts a unique tiered design in the form of a white pyramid. Incidentally, this will be the sixth Apple Store in Southeast Asia. The other shops are located in Singapore and Thailand.
In honour of the shop's opening, Apple launched a special web page and released some unique wallpapers for iPhone, iPad and Mac, featuring the Apple logo and the word "Jom", which means "let's go" or "let's go" in Malay.
Incidentally, Apple manufactures some Mac models in Malaysia. So the decision to open an offline shop in the country is part of a strategy to expand its retail presence in key Asian markets, where Apple faces stiff competition from local tech companies.
