Mortal Kombat 1 developers presented a gameplay trailer of the new DLC fighter, which will be Homelander - the star of the series The Boys

NetherRealm studio presented gameplay trailer of the next DLC character of Mortal Kombat 1 fighting game, which will be Homelander - one of the central characters from the satirical series "The Boys" (The Boys).

Here's What We Know

As in the series, Homelander enters fights in an emphasised arrogance and pathos. He levitates in mid-air, attacks his enemies with lasers from his eyes, and makes little use of his hands as if he doesn't want to get them dirty. Of course, Homelander's trademark brutality is also reflected in Mortal Kombat 1: he doesn't spare his opponents and uses brutal kills.

Homelander's cameo fighter is his beloved Ferra, who often jumps on his opponent's back to help him win the fight.

When We Can Expect It

Kombat Pack owners will receive Homelander on 4 June, while other players will be able to purchase him from 11 June - the day before the premiere of the fourth season of "The Boys".

The character will appear on all platforms at the same time.
