Samsung releases update for Galaxy Tab S9 FE in Europe

A new software update for Galaxy Tab S9 FE is now available in European countries. It comes with firmware version X516BXXS4BXE2 and has a relatively small download size.

Here's What We Know

The update fixes 45 security vulnerabilities dated May 2024 that were discovered in previous versions of the software.

How To Switch It On

To do this, go to Settings, Software Update, Download and Install. You can also download a new firmware file from the firmware database and flash it manually.

The Galaxy Tab S9 FE was released in the second half of 2023 with One UI 5.1.1 based on Android 13. It received the One UI 6.0 update based on Android 14 in late 2023 and the One UI 6.1 update a few weeks ago.

The device is expected to receive One UI 7.0 based on Android 15 in the fourth quarter of this year.
