The Samsung Galaxy Fold 6 mock-up shows an angular design similar to the Galaxy S Ultra and Galaxy Note models
Not so long ago, the first rumours about a more square design of the upcoming Samsung Galaxy Fold 6 flagship foldable smartphone appeared. Now another confirmation of this trend has appeared.
Here's What We Know
User @ta__tech at X posted images of a mockup of what is claimed to be the Galaxy Fold 6. The mockup shows the angular design of the device, making its appearance distinctive from the previous Fold 5 model. This design gives the device a more refined look and also reminds us of the Galaxy S Ultra and Galaxy Note models. In addition, the width of the display on the front has been increased. While this change may seem small, it will probably satisfy most users.
More changes are expected with the release on the Galaxy Fold 6 Ultra and Galaxy Fold 6 Slim. However, it's possible that these two models will be available in limited quantities (especially the Ultra, which will probably only be available in Korea). The Galaxy Fold 6 Slim will likely hit the market a few weeks or months after the release of the Galaxy Fold 6 and Galaxy Fold 6 Ultra. Rumours suggest that the Slim model will arrive in the last three months of 2024, but Samsung might unveil it at the Unpacked event in Paris next month.
